Thanks to my dear hormonal friend hCG, I have now officially lost over 60lbs.  And even better, for the first time in the process, yesterday I actually felt like I had lost some weight!  This is a wonderful new development.  Just another 30-40 to go and I'll be happy as a clam.

I have officially lost 40lbs.  I also go off drops tomorrow.  I'm hoping that by Tuesday, I can be at my 45lbs goal.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.  Let us all be so grateful for the bounteous gifts that the Lord has given each of us this year.  I am thankful that I've now passed the 30lb mark on my hCG diet!  Yay!!!

I have now officially lost over 20lbs.  I am officially 1/3 of the way towards my "Before Christmas Weight Loss Goal" of 2010.  Yay!

This Friday and Saturday evening at 7:30 in the DeJong Concert Hall at BYU the Concert Choir and BYU Singers will be having a big concert.  I encourage all to attend.  I have 2 for 1's if you're interested!  Hurry and by a ticket before they're gone!!!

I am now an uncle. . . again!!!

Andrew Collin Spindler was born at 8lbs and ??inches. Both mother and son are happy and healthy. This is my older brother's 3rd child. He is to be given a name and a blessing on July 4th, for which I'll be heading west to attend. I'm so excited to meet the little guy. I'm guessing as the 3rd child, he'll be more like me: calm, quiet, caring, decent, mature, and of course ridiculously amusing. Here is a pic too.
